Jane Clarke, BSc (Honours) SRD, is Britain’s most trusted Nutritionist and a trained
Cordon Bleu Chef, whose belief is grounded in the simple statement that ‘food nourishes
your life, not just your body’.

Jane’s mission is to change people’s lives through the power of nourishment and she has pursued this ambition through her extensive writing, TV presenting, personal appearances, charity work and private practice, which she has run in Central London for over 10 years.

Jane continues to inspire and inform the great British public by writing two weekly columns
for the The Daily Mail newspaper:

• Tuesday’s Q&A Health page in the Femail section of the Daily Mail.
• Saturday’s two page nutritious Family Food Section in The Weekend Magazine.

Its readership is over 5 million on weekdays and 6 million on weekends. Jane has also previously been the resident Nutrition/Health Columnist for:

Jane has now become one of the most influential Health Writers in the UK and Europe
today. Also a qualified Dietician she continues to spearhead a highly successful Practice called The Bodyfoods Advice Centre, advising some of Britain’s leading professional
sports - people and many of the world’s biggest music and media personalities whilst also continuing to treat young children and the elderly.

Jane was David Beckham’s Personal Dietician & Nutritionist during the 2006 World Cup, whilst also advising him and his team during the early establishment of his Football Training Academy. Her series of “Jane Clarke’s Body Foods” books have all become UK bestsellers and include:

Hodder Mobius published her most recent book Yummy! – A children’s Nutritional Guide in June 2006 and its eagerly awaited prequel Yummy Baby – A Definite Guide for Parents was published in October 2007 by Mitchell Beazley, much to the excitement of many with the foreword again written by celebrity mum, Jools Oliver – Jamie’s Wife.

A Limited Edition DVD entitled ”Jane Clarke’s Family Feeding” was also released to accompany the book and could be purchased throughout 400 Sainsbury’s stores. Jane is also a regular contributor on British Television including all the major networks:

• BBC News and News Night

She is the current “Nutritional Guru” for ITV’s “This Morning” programme. She’s also a regular on the couch of “The Wright Stuff Show” and has even presented her own series for Granada Television. She was also the Nutritional Consultant working alongside Jamie Oliver, on his groundbreaking television series “Jamie’s School Dinners”.

She’s is a regular commentator on nutritional matters for numerous radio shows and stations including:

Jane’s philosophy recognises that people want to hear what they can eat, not what they must avoid. Through her love of good food, and thanks to her skills as a nutritionist and a dietician, Jane creates recipes that enable people to lead a better, healthier life – food that’s good for the mind, body and soul. Jane lives in the glorious countryside of Rutland and on a farm in Norfolk with her beautiful six-year-old daughter Maya, whose enthusiasm for food and zest for life reassures Jane that her methods work!
